By scheduling any mechanical hygiene dispatch with MrCleanly, you formally consent to and acknowledge the operational clauses listed below.
1. Accessibility Vectors
It is the client's responsibility to grant safe physical pathing access to the target reservoir (rooftop, basement, sub-floor) for our mechanized units. Secured electrical linkages (standard domestic outputs) are expected to operate our filtration/UV tools.
2. Pricing & Volume Estimates
Intake quotations are provisional benchmarks. If physical measurements reveal a greater storage capacity than indicated on your initial intake submission, rates adjust automatically to the matching volume tier.
3. Guarantees & Re-Growth
Our standard anti-bacterial shield offers a conditional visual protection baseline. However, municipal inflow containing heavy atmospheric silt or pre-polluted pipe feeds voids recurrent visual clarity guarantees.
4. Cancellations & Dispatch Reschedules
Standard residential schedules can be modified or cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours prior to deployment. Reschedules inside the 24-hour window may attract minor dispatch fuel recovery fees.
